The ladies making breakfast and cleaning were the star of the show! Every morning many fresh homemade dishes. We overlooked the canyons and had a rooftop terrace too! Very clean, however there were MINOR repairs and tiny issues with lamps, lightbulbs, warming towel racks and bidets that need corrected—-otherwise it was perfect! We were off-season, my daughter joined me later in the stay and we were accommodated with three rooms so really got a feel for the place. Same breakfast ladies clean and they do an excellent job! The cave experience was a once in a lifetime for me and each room was soooo cute! Great value for the money.

Beautiful location, so close to town and a great view of the balloons in the morning. We didn’t have a car and are very ok with walking and stairs so we were able to hike to red valley and back from the hotel. The staff were lovely, the facilities were clean and the breakfast was great, with an excellent view. We stayed in summer and the room doesn’t have air con but we aired the room out in the evening and it was sufficiently cool. Lion was very helpful with recording places to visit and things not to miss. Would definitely recommend!

Location is really nice, it was priceless to wake up in the morning and see that the ballons are flying over of us. Nice view to the town and the area. Yes, you have to walk up to the hill to the accomodation but for this view we were happy to do that. The room has everything what you need. Really nice design. Breakfast is good, but be there on time, if something finish, they don't add. Even though the recepcionist informed us brf is between 8:30 and 10:30, the lady told us 10am brf is finishing. All in all we were happy to stay here.

I loved especially to talk with the older worker, he was taking care of our stay on a high level. I would recommend to stay in this facility if you are planning to visit Cappadocia.
